Does Prolific have a phone number to contact them for help? It appears they only want help requests to be sent via their help form.

We don’t typically provide phone support at Prolific, because as an online platform we find it’s easier for us to share the relevant information online, and to forward queries to the relevant member in the team.
Prolific is a distributed team, and as such we don’t have one central office or in fact an external phone number, this is part of how we keep the service efficient and good value. Therefore, if you could send any questions you have here or via our support form, we will do our best to provide a detailed and clear response.
