A participant contacted me saying she missed the completion code. I see that I have her data, but I can’t find her ID anywhere in my page of reviewable submissions. What should I do?

So, you do happen to have data about this participant stored from your survey tool, but not her ID from Prolific? I think this is due to a bug. Unfortunately, the solution is not straightforward. One way to pay her would be to create a fake study - like 1 min study - for her only using the Custom Allowlist pre-screener, just to be able to grant her some payment - possibly the one corresponding to the actual study.
Sorry I cannot come up with better ideas.
