This is just the first version of the product, so we’d love to know how we can improve it, and what features you’d love to see added. Let us know all your thoughts, big or small!
It’s cool to learn new stuff, but the drawback is: I must go back to the newbie status and ask questions!
Here, are a bunch of questions:
- Did I get it right that the Teammates are for each Workspace and not for each Project? So that all Projects within the same Workspace are shared with the Teammates.
- Can we move Projects across Workspaces? So, say I wrongly created Project A in WS 1, and want to move it to WS 2.
- Can we move Finances/Funds across Workspaces? How?
I’m getting an Invite to join a new WS. However the “Join Workspace” button is not clickable. Is it a problem with my email or can you adjust it somehow? So that I can be able to join the WS?

Anyway, @Josh I’d like to notify the absence of an option! That is, eliminating Teammates from a WS (or giving the possibility to leave, depending on the point of view)! This problem has emerged to me now since as the first trial I’ve added some ppl to my Workspace (which is something I don’t actually want, as I want to keep this space private).
Also, adding the option to delete Workspaces would be needed IMHO. Maybe with the option of transferring the money to another WS before deleting it definitely, and with the agreement of all the teammates.
That’s right. Teammates only have access to the projects within a Workspace, and they have full access to everything i,e, they can:
- Create, edit, and publish studies in projects they have access to
- Create new projects
- Invite other teammates
- Add money to the account and change billing details
Can we move Projects across Workspaces? So, say I wrongly created Project A in WS 1, and want to move it to WS 2.
This isn’t possible at the moment, but I’ll make sure the team knows that this is a requested feature

This is not possible yet. Unfortunately, you’ll have to use the same methods as before to transfer money between accounts, i.e. getting a refund and doing another top-up. But, we know that would be a great addition so, I’ll tell the team

This is a bug. I’ve told the team, and they’ll look into it! Have you been able to join that Workspace?
Those are fantastic ideas. This is exactly why we’re testing before we release! I’ll see if it’s possible to remove other uses manually, from our end, and get back to you

@Veronica We’re just assessing the email button bug. Could you confirm which email provider & browser you’re using, and whether you managed to get around the problem?
I’m using Gmail&Chrome but now it’s solved! The problem was that it was marked as spam, that’s why it wasn’t clickable. Once putting the email into a normal Inbox, I managed to join the WS. Sorry for the notice - it wasn’t a bug!
Would you like me to remove that user from your account? Just DM me with the name/email of the person
I’d like to ask for clarification about where to check for the available balance & total balance in the new vest of the accounts!
I knew where to check before but now I’m a bit puzzled. Specifically, I see that the number of the Finance section is going down as I create a new study, so my guess is that this is the Available Balance for that Workspace. Where can I check the Total balance tho?

It’s available balance only at the moment for Workspaces. But I’ll pass along your feedback that having total balance is also needed
Hi Josh, Everyone
A couple of comments about the Workspaces
There is a hierarchy of “Projects” (with a folder icon) and beneath that “Project” which is a list of my old studies. I find that “Projects > Project” naming confusing. Perhaps It could be “Projects” and “Studies,” with each Project having definable members and budget and a number of studies.
There does not seem to be a way of changing “status” – or everyone has the same status, perhaps
" Everyone can:
Create, edit, and publish studies in projects they have access to
Create new projects
Invite other teammates
Add money to the account and change billing details"
Or no, perhaps not since some team mates do not have access to other projects.
Perhaps it would be helpful to have a bit more variability in status, if e.g. there are faculty and grad students in the team, at least to include
Research admins (faculty who can create projects, and assign teachers and budgets)
Researchers (who can create studies within a project)
Ideally I guess that there would be fine-grained assignment of
Ability to create admins
Ability to create researchers
Ability to create projects
Ability to create studies within projects
Ability to assign budget to projects
